You don't see a lot of big bookshelf speakers anymore, and that's a waste. Granted, they're nowhere as awesome as skinny towers or pint-size mini-speakers, but big speakers make a scale and power that more top quality contenders fail to muster. That's the things crossed my mind as I checked out a Spendor SP2/3R2 bookshelf speakers (21. 4 x 10. 8 porno 12. 8 inches, 545 porno 275 x 325 mm), so the speakers caught my ear within a seconds of hearing it through Sound by Singer in Ny. There's an engaging quality to the SP2/3R2's sound, precisely because it supplies a usual gravitas to the music, whatever the style. The Spendor engineering team focuses primarily on the job at hand, making the best look possible, within the price range of the form.
